Scottish Branch Prestige Lecture   Stephen Furst   May 2010

The 2010 Prestige lecture was given by Stephen Furst QC on "Time's up", a consideration of practical and legal problems of extension of time clauses. Stephen spoke from his experience of more than 30 years as a member of Keating Chambers, and as the editor of "Keating on Construction Contracts (8th edition). He regularly acts as arbitrator on domestic and international arbitrations, and is an accredited adjudicator and mediator.
